1. Placement assistance, not a job guarantee
OnePlace Digital Academy does not promise or guarantee a job, internship, salary, promotion or business income to any student. We do not claim “100% placement” or “job guarantee”. What we provide is placement assistance, which includes:
- CV and portfolio review
- Mock interviews and interview preparation
- Sharing job and internship openings we receive from companies
- Recommending eligible students to hiring partners
- Scheduling interviews where a company requests it
Eligibility for placement assistance requires at least 75% attendance, completion of all assignments and projects, and clearance of all fees. The hiring decision is always made by the employer.
2. How we present student results and testimonials
Every testimonial, success story, review video or placement post that we publish shows:
- the student’s name (or initials, if the student prefers),
- the course they took (for example “ACDM – Advanced Certification in Digital Marketing”),
- the course duration (for example “4 months”),
- whether it was a paid course or a free workshop,
- the batch or year, where relevant.
Example format: “Priya S. — ACDM, 4-month paid course, 2026 batch.” We publish a student’s name, photo or video only with their written consent, taken after the result was achieved. Students are not paid or rewarded for testimonials. See our Photo, Video & Testimonial Consent policy.
3. Salaries, earnings and business results
Any salary, freelance income, client result, ad performance or ranking mentioned on our website or in our classes is the result of one individual or one campaign. It is not a typical or expected result. Your results depend on your prior experience, effort, consistency, the job market, the employer and factors outside our control.
4. Numbers and statistics
Figures such as the number of students trained, batches run or companies in our network are based on our internal records on the date stated. Ratings refer to our Google Business Profile at the time of viewing. We update figures when they change and do not present them as guarantees of future results.
5. Certifications and third-party brands
Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Zoho and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Our trainers may hold individual certifications from these companies; this does not mean the company endorses or is affiliated with OnePlace Digital Academy. Students take any third-party certification exam directly with that company, under that company’s rules and fees. Where we help you prepare for such an exam, we do not guarantee that you will pass.
6. Course content and tools
Digital marketing and AI tools change quickly. We update our syllabus regularly, so module names, tools and sequence may change during or between batches. Any tool shown in an ad or brochure is taught where it is still available and relevant.
7. Website information
We work to keep this website accurate, but content is for general information and may change without notice. Blog articles and free resources are educational and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Reporting a misleading claim
If you see any claim from OnePlace that you believe is misleading, email [email protected] with a screenshot or link. We review every report within 7 working days and correct or remove content where needed.
