1. When we take photos and videos
We may photograph or record classes, workshops, convocations, festivals, trips and events. Where this happens, we tell participants at the start. If you do not want to appear, tell the event coordinator and we will keep you out of frame or blur you.
2. What we ask consent for
Using the release form below, you choose separately whether we may use:
- group photos and event photos/videos,
- individual photos or video featuring you,
- your name, course and batch next to your photo,
- a written or video testimonial, and
- placement or result details (company name, role).
You also choose where it may appear: our website, social media, ads, printed brochures and Google Business Profile.
3. Testimonials
As required by the CCPA coaching advertising guidelines, we take testimonial consent in writing after the result is achieved. Every testimonial we publish shows your course name, course duration and whether it was a paid course. We never pay or reward students for testimonials, and we do not edit them to change their meaning.
4. Students under 18
For students under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the release form. We do not publish the school, home area or contact details of any minor.
5. Withdrawing consent
Email [email protected] with the subject “Withdraw Media Consent” and the content you want removed. We remove it from our website, social media and active ads within 7 working days and stop using it in new material. Printed material already distributed and posts shared by others cannot be recalled.
6. Release form
Ask the front desk for a printed copy, or print the form below.
