These terms apply to everyone who uses oneplacedigital.com, attends a demo or workshop, or enrols in a programme at OnePlace Digital Academy. Part B is the Student Code of Conduct that every enrolled student agrees to at admission.

Part A — Terms & Conditions
1. About us
OnePlace Digital Academy is the trade name of ONEPLACEDIGITAL, a proprietorship firm (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-23-0260540) at Soham Complex, Patil Lane No. 3, College Road (above Namco Bank), Nashik, Maharashtra 422005.
2. Admission
- Admission is confirmed when the admission form is complete, the registration fee is paid and we issue a receipt.
- The information you give at admission must be true. Admission obtained with false information may be cancelled.
- Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the admission form.
- Batch timings, trainers and classrooms may change for operational reasons. We give at least 48 hours’ notice of a timing change except in emergencies.
3. Fees
Fees, instalments, refunds, transfers and holds are governed by our Fee, Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
4. Classes, recordings and the student portal
- Classes are held at our College Road campus and, where announced, online.
- Recordings, where provided, are a revision aid and do not replace attendance.
- Student portal access stays active for the course duration plus any period stated in your admission form.
5. Certificate issue conditions
We issue a OnePlace certificate only when all of these are met:
- Attendance of at least 75% of scheduled sessions. Absence for documented medical reasons may be considered by the academic head.
- Submission of all assignments, live projects and the capstone project, if the programme has one.
- Passing the final assessment with at least the minimum score stated for the programme.
- Clearance of all fees.
- No pending disciplinary action.
Certificates are issued within 30 days of meeting all conditions. Each certificate has a unique number that employers can check on our Certificate Verification page. A duplicate certificate can be issued on written request. Third-party certifications (for example Google or Meta) are issued by those companies under their own rules.
6. Intellectual property
- All course material, including slides, notes, worksheets, templates, prompts, recordings, quizzes and the student portal, belongs to OnePlace Digital Academy or its licensors.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning.
- You must not copy, share, sell, upload, record, screenshot for distribution, or publish course material, in whole or in part, including on WhatsApp groups, Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive links or any other platform.
- Work you create for your own assignments and portfolio belongs to you. Work for a live client project is shared with that client as agreed at the start of the project.
7. Use of the website
Do not misuse our website or forms: no fake enquiries, automated submissions, attempts to break security, or copying of content without permission. We may block access for misuse.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver what we promise. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. We are not liable for loss of job opportunity, income or business arising from use of the training, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, or government orders.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Part B — Student Code of Conduct
10. Attendance and punctuality
- Minimum 75% attendance is required for the certificate and placement assistance.
- Arrive on time. Entry after 15 minutes may be marked late; three late marks count as one absence.
- Inform your batch coordinator in advance if you will miss a class.
11. Respect and behaviour
- Treat trainers, staff, fellow students, guests and clients with respect, on campus and online.
- Harassment, bullying, ragging, discrimination, threats or sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs and weapons are not allowed on campus. Do not attend under their influence.
- Keep phones on silent in class. Use devices for learning, not for unrelated activity.
- Take care of computers, equipment and the classroom. Damage caused deliberately must be paid for.
12. Academic honesty
- Submit your own work. Using AI tools is encouraged where the assignment allows it, but you must disclose it and understand what you submit.
- Copying another student’s work, or submitting purchased work, is not allowed.
13. Accounts, tools and client data
- Do not share your student portal login or the academy’s tool accounts.
- Client data you see in live projects is confidential. Do not copy or share it.
- Run ads or campaigns only on accounts you are authorised to use.
14. Online conduct
Batch WhatsApp groups and online classes follow the same rules. Do not post spam, promotions or offensive content. Do not share other students’ personal details without permission.
15. Consequences
- First minor breach: verbal warning.
- Repeated or more serious breach: written warning and meeting with the parent/guardian (for students under 18).
- Serious breach (including harassment, violence, sharing course material or academic fraud): suspension or cancellation of admission. Fees are not refunded when admission is cancelled for serious misconduct.
Students will be heard before any suspension or cancellation. Appeals can be made through the Grievance Redressal Policy.
