Students, parents, enquirers and website visitors can raise any complaint about our courses, fees, staff, facilities, advertising or personal data through this process. Every complaint is logged, acknowledged and answered within fixed timelines.

1. What you can raise
- Teaching quality, trainer conduct or missed classes
- Fees, receipts, instalments or refunds

2. How the process works

3. Sensitive complaints
Complaints of sexual harassment, bullying or threats are handled confidentially and on priority. Interim steps, such as changing a batch or seating, can be taken immediately to protect the person who complained. Complaints about the Grievance Officer go directly to the Director at the same email with the subject “Director – Grievance”.
4. Our commitments
- No one will be treated unfairly for raising a complaint in good faith.
- Complaints are kept confidential and shared only with those who need to act on them.
- We keep a register of complaints and review it every quarter to fix recurring issues.
