This policy sets out the rules for admission fees, instalments, withdrawals, refunds, batch transfers and course holds at OnePlace Digital Academy. It applies to all programmes, including ACDM, PGDDM, EDMP and short AI courses.

1. How fees are communicated
OnePlace does not publish fee amounts on its website, ads or social media. Fees depend on the programme, batch type and any applicable scholarship, so we explain them in person. After you attend a free demo class, your counsellor gives you a written fee quotation that lists the total fee, what it includes, the instalment schedule and this policy. No amount is payable that is not shown on your quotation and receipt. There are no hidden charges.
2. Fee components
- Registration (admission) fee: paid to confirm your seat in a batch. It covers admission processing, seat blocking and onboarding.
- Course fee: the balance of the programme fee, payable in full or in instalments.
Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt. Please keep your receipts; refunds are calculated from them.
3. Registration fee
The registration fee is non-refundable, because a confirmed seat is held for you and cannot be offered to another student. It is refunded in full only if:
- OnePlace cancels the batch, or postpones its start by more than 14 days, and you do not accept the alternative batch offered; or
- OnePlace does not confirm your admission.
4. Withdrawal before the course starts
If you withdraw by written request (email or signed letter) before the first class of your batch, we refund all course fees paid, minus the registration fee.
5. Withdrawal after the course starts
- Within the first 25% of the course duration (for example, the first month of a 4-month ACDM batch): we refund the course fee paid for the classes not yet held, calculated pro-rata, minus the registration fee and the cost of any study kit or paid tool licence already issued to you.
- After 25% of the course duration: no refund is payable. You may instead use a batch transfer or course hold (sections 8 and 9), so the fee you paid is not lost.
The withdrawal date is the date we receive your written request, not the date you stopped attending.
6. Instalments
- ACDM: the fee can be paid in a maximum of 3 instalments.
- Other programmes: the number of instalments and due dates are shown on your fee quotation and admission form.
- The first instalment includes the registration fee and is paid at admission.
- Due dates are fixed at admission and are not linked to attendance.
- EMI or education-loan options offered through a bank or NBFC follow that lender’s terms, which you agree with the lender directly.
7. Missed instalment
- We send a reminder 3 days before each due date.
- You get a 7-day grace period after the due date. No penalty is charged during the grace period.
- If the instalment is still unpaid after the grace period, access to classes, recordings and the student portal is paused until it is cleared. Missed sessions during a pause are not repeated individually, but you may catch up through the next batch where possible.
- Certificates, mark sheets and placement assistance are released only after all dues are cleared.
If you are facing a genuine difficulty, speak to us before the due date. We can usually agree a revised date.
8. Batch transfer
- You may request one free transfer to a later batch of the same programme, in writing, before you complete 50% of the course.
- Transfers are subject to seat availability in the new batch.
- A second transfer is at the academy’s discretion.
- Fees already paid move with you; you pay only the remaining instalments as per the original schedule or a revised schedule agreed in writing.
9. Course hold
- You may put your course on hold once, for up to 3 months, for medical reasons, exams, family needs or job commitments. Requests must be in writing.
- You rejoin a running batch at the module where you paused.
- Fees paid remain valid for 12 months from your admission date. After that, re-admission terms apply.
10. How and when refunds are paid
- Send a written request to [email protected] with your name, programme, batch, receipt numbers and reason.
- We confirm the refund amount in writing within 5 working days.
- Approved refunds are paid within 10 working days of approval.
- Refunds go to the original payment mode (UPI, card, net banking). Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account of the student or the parent/guardian who paid.
- If the fee was paid through an EMI or loan partner, the refund goes to the lender and is adjusted against the loan as per the lender’s rules.
11. Workshops and short events
Free workshops have no fee. For paid workshops of one day or less, the fee is refundable in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start, or if we cancel or reschedule the event.
12. Questions and disputes
Contact your counsellor first. If the matter is not resolved, follow our Grievance Redressal Policy.
